By accessing or using Pixolve, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Use of the Service
Pixolve is provided for personal, non-commercial puzzle play. You agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully.
2. Prohibited Conduct
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the site.
- Do not use automated scraping or abuse the service.
- Do not attempt to manipulate, falsify, or otherwise game the leaderboard (for example, by automating play, submitting fabricated solve times, or generating multiple identifiers to evade the one-submission-per-puzzle limit).
- Do not use the service for unlawful or harmful behavior.
3. Intellectual Property
Game content, design, branding, and source materials are owned by Pixolve unless otherwise noted and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
4. Third-Party Links
The site may include links to third-party services such as Ko-fi. Those services are operated independently and have their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Analytics and Measurement
Pixolve uses Google Analytics to understand usage trends and improve reliability. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to measure sessions and interactions. Details are provided in our Privacy Policy.
6. Leaderboards
Pixolve includes a per-puzzle leaderboard that ranks solve times. When you complete a puzzle, your browser generates an anonymous identifier and submits it together with your solve time so we can compute a rank. Each browser may submit one entry per puzzle. Rankings update as more people solve the puzzle, so your displayed rank may change throughout the day. Rankings are unofficial and may be reset, recomputed, or removed at our discretion. 7. Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including daily puzzle availability and leaderboard data.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixolve is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
